论坛简介
About the Forum
湖南大学于2016年创办了国际青年学者岳麓论坛(以下简称“岳麓论坛”），至今已成功举办2届，共邀请到来自20多个国家和地区的300余名优秀青年学者来校参会。
The Yuelu International Forum for Outstanding Overseas Young Scholars （Yuelu Forum) was founded in 2016, and about 300 scholars from over 20 countries and regions haveattended this forum in the last two years.
“岳麓论坛”旨在为海内外不同学科领域的青年才俊搭建一个学术交流平台。通过专题报告、学术研讨和人才洽谈等形式，共同探讨国际科技前沿话题，追踪学术热点问题，开拓学术视野，启迪学术灵感，促进交流合作，引进各学科海内外优秀青年人才。
The YueluForum aims at setting up a platform of academic interaction and communication for outstanding young scientists and researchersall over the world. Through presentations and discussions, the forum will provide opportunities for participants to discuss the emerging frontiers in science and technology, foster cross-disciplinary exchange and cooperation among the participants, and contribute to sustainable development of young talents.

The forum covers a wide range of disciplines.The talents in the Physics and Electronics disciplinesare warmly welcome to attend the sub-forum of School of Physics and Electronics.
申请条件
Requirements for applicants
年龄在40岁以下；具有海内外知名大学博士学位；在物理、电子科学与技术及其相关领域取得一定成绩、具有较大发展潜力的海内外优秀青年人才。
1.Under 40 years old as of December 31, 2018
2.Holding a doctoral degree from a well-known university at home or abroad
3.Having shown innovation and potentials in your area of focus (Physics, Electronics, etc.)
申请流程
Application process
报名：符合条件的海内外青年学者请于12月10日前请将个人详细简历发送至以下邮箱：wwjob@hnu.edu.cn。
邀请：受邀学者将于12月15日前收到主办单位的邀请函，请及时查收邮箱。
回执：受邀者须于收到邀请函一周内填写回执并确认是否参会。
Submit the application form via the website (wwjob@hnu.edu.cn) by December10, 2018. Qualified applicants will receive feedback by December15, 2018.

差旅及住宿：
学校为每位受邀参会学者提供往返差旅、交通、食宿等相关费用据实报销，其中国际差旅限额1.2万元/人。论坛期间食宿由学校统一安排。
Travel and Accommodation：
Hunan University will reimbursementfor each invited scholar‘s actual travel expenses of round-trip travel, local transportation, accommodations and catering upon handing in receipts and invoices (For international traveler, the reimbursement limit is RMB￥12000). The University will provide accommodations and catering during the Forum.
