讲座摘要:Spectral statistics are often used to diagnose quantum chaos and integrability, but a global spectrum can be misleading when a Hamiltonian secretly decomposes into many symmetry sectors. I will describe spectral decimation: a spectrum-only procedure that iteratively removes Poisson-like gaps and isolates the characteristic symmetry sector (CSS), the statistically correlated subsequence left behind. After reviewing the random-matrix background behind Wigner–Dyson and Poisson statistics, I will explain why statistical mixtures can mimic Poisson behavior, how decimation distinguishes true independence from hidden block structure, and how the CSS becomes a quantitative probe of Hilbert-space fragmentation and disorder-induced emergent integrability.
主讲人简介:何丰,现为意大利国际高等研究院(SISSA)博士后。2014年毕业于西北大学物理学基地班,后于中国科学院武汉精密测量科学与技术创新研究院获得博士学位,2021年起在意大利国际高等研究院从事博士后研究。主要研究方向包括一维量子可积系统、量子多体系统的谱统计性质及对称性约束动力学。
