个人基本情况

男,博士,中共党员。

2011年7月,本科毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程系。

2016年7月,博士毕业于清华大学材料学院材料科学与工程专业。

2012年8月-2013年10月,国家公派赴美国佐治亚大学物理与天文系进行博士生联合培养。

2016年8月,加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院,任助理教授。

2017年开始主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项(2018.01-2020.12)。

 

招生计划

招收硕士生1~2名,博士生1名。可容纳本科生2~5名,参加科研能力提升计划。
