简介:

一、             个人基本情况

男,1985年生,广东汕尾人。电话:18688076019;邮箱:chenqj@hnu.edu.cn.

2004-2008年本科就读于江苏大学;

2011-2013年华南理工大学光通信研究所完成硕士学位;

2011- 2015年,于澳大利亚卧龙岗大学获得博士学位,同年加入湖南大学。现为湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院助理教授,

学科专业领域:凝聚态物理,光电子物理

研究方向:拓扑绝缘体材料或半导体材料的非平衡电子输运及非线性光学响应特性的研究。拓扑绝缘体材料在外电场和杂质掺杂时的电导率动力学研究。拓扑绝缘体材料与太赫兹光场相互作用的非线性响应的研究;
