简介:

刘红军,博士,副教授,于中国科学技术大学获得理学学士和硕士学位,并且于2012年3月在日本筑波大学和日本国家材料研究所获得理学博士学位。博士毕业后在香港大学物理系从事博士后工作,于2015年8月回到湖南大学。主要研究领域半导体材料和二维材料的分子束外延生长以及表征,运用扫描隧道显微镜(STM),低能电子衍射能谱仪 (LEED)、反射高能电子衍射仪(RHEED)、紫外光电子能谱(UPS)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、Raman光谱仪、荧光光谱仪(PL)等多种表面分析手段研究各种半导体表面/界面的原子结构/电子结构/生长规律等。目前已经在Nature Communications,Physical Review Letters, ACS Nano, Physical Review B等国际权威期刊发表相关的SCI 论文20余篇,获得日本专利一个,并多次受邀在学术会议上作邀请报告。
