简历:

男,1987年生,2010年本科毕业于湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院,2015年博士毕业于湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院。2015年加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院任助理研究员。

 

 

研究方向:

低维量子结构中电子输运、热输运、以及热电能量转换。
